酒店距離Graz Hbf火車站不是説明上寫的580米，而是2.2公里，步行需30分鐘。不過酒店位置不錯，舊城半山腰上有點坡度但沒壓力。酒店通道直通市政公園非常便捷漂亮。房間打掃規定下午3點或以後，很少遇見這樣的服務。因為上午外出，下午正好休息，晚上再觀夜景，所以對我來説就意味著沒有服務。也就我人在房間當著麵快速衞生間換毛巾、收垃圾袋給一瓶水結束。至於網速嘛，這樣説吧，屬於聊勝於無的這種。酒店wifi要打開房間門開條縫或者乾脆人在過道里會滿格快一點，4G嘛需要開窗會強一點（可非常冷又開不了窗）。或許是我房間位置原因，但對我來説就是這樣。總之，勝在位置好，其它也就這樣了……

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

Excellent hotel with friendly staff but needs more attention to services specially refilling coffee and water every day, we asked several times on second day the answer was ok but no action.

Great location near the Old town. Everything's within 5-10 min walk. Clean, quiet hotel with varied breakfast. Big park alongside. Friendly service.

環境優美，位置極佳。走兩步路出去，往下是商業街，往上是鐘樓。 通往山頂的路很幽靜，如果想避開人流，格拉茨非常值得一去。

This is our family's favorite hotel in Graz. We have been here for a couple of times. Very close to the Stad Park and to the city center. The environment is quiet. The facility is new and clean, and staff are helpful and friendly.

酒店位置很不錯，離城堡山不遠，離市政廳也非常近，酒店下午三點才能辦理入住，如果到的早，就把行李寄存前台，去老城區也不錯。早餐可以，趕上週日的“lazy Sunday”時間到中午十二點。酒店有收費停車場，每天20歐元，從酒店打車到主火車站13歐元左右。
